House plans, floor plans and home plans to suit your every need
How to search

There are several ways to begin your search for the home plan that best meets your needs:

You may choose to use one of the more than 40 predefined quick searches listed on the home page and the thumbnail image pages. Using this approach you can select a style, such as Colonial, a category, such as Garages or Log Homes, or just review our best sellers or newest plans.

You may select from a number of home characteristics that may be important to you. For example, you may only want to review plans for Colonial homes that have between 1500 and 1750 square feet of living space, three bedrooms and an attached two-car garage. Just be certain that you choose the right category of plans in the selection box at the top of the Search Form: All Plans, New Only, Most Popular, etc.

You may simply type in the plan number if you already know it, and click on the "Search" button.
If there is only one plan that meets your criteria, you will be presented with a rendering or photograph plus detailed specifications. If there are more, you will see the first set of 10, 25 or 50 thumbnail images depending upon your choice of Plans per Page. The default number per page is 10 and the default sequence is by sales popularity (most popular first) and then by total living area (in ascending sequence). Use the Next/Previous or page buttons to move thorugh your selections. If you find your search yields hundreds or thousands of plans, you can easily refine your search by selecting additional criteria since our search engine keeps track of your last set of search criteria. To view a larger image and detailed information on any individual home plan, simply click on the thumbnail image or the "View Details" button above the thumbnail image. You may then review the specifications, floor plan(s) and photos (if available). Many of our larger plans also provide Adobe Acrobat PDFs to allow you to more clearly view the details of a floor plan. You can easily move to the next or previous home plan, return to the thumbnail page, or further refine your search.
