cost it would take to develop them. Normal prices for custom designs will cost thousands
of dollars, representing from 5% to 10% of the total cost of construction. For example,
design costs for a home which costs $200,000 could average between $10,000 and $30,000.
Our house plans begin at $315 depending on the size of the home and number of sets ordered. The
money you save could allow you to add such niceties as a swimming pool, outdoor deck,
luxurious master suite, beautiful kitchen or other similar extras. |
