| Returns & Exchanges:
Each blueprint is specially printed and shipped to you in response to your order.
Consequently, we cannot honor requests for refunds. If, however, your prints cannot be
used, we will exchange them provided it is with the same architect (i.e., the same
initials following the four- or five-digit number) within 30 days if they are in mint condition and
are replaced with another plan from the same resource. A restocking fee of a minimum of $60 will be
charged by the architect. Reproducible plans will not be accepted for return or exchange
under any circumstances. |

| Architectural and Engineering
Seals: With increased concern over energy safety and costs, many cities and
states require that an architect or engineer review and "seal" a blueprint prior
to construction. We suggest you contact your local authorities on this point. |

| Compliance with Local Codes and
Building Regulations: Every state, county and municipality will have its own
building regulations, zoning requirements, codes and ordinances. Therefore, your plan may
need to be modified to comply with local building requirements. This is particularly true
in the states of FL, CA, NY, NJ and NV, which have major restrictions prohibiting builders from using
blueprints drawn by out-of-state licensed architects. We authorize the use of our blueprints
conditioned on your obligation and agreement to strictly comply with all local building
codes, ordinances, regulations and requirements, including permits and inspections at the
time of and during construction. |

| Licensing: When you purchase your blueprints from us, the original designer retains title and ownership of the original documents. The original designer, as the Licensor, grants you, as Licensee, the right to use these documents to construct a single unit or in rare instances multiple units. All of the plans in this website are protected under the Federal Copyright Act, Title XVII of the U.S. code and Chapter 37 of the Code of Federal Regulations. The blueprints licensed to you cannot be used or resold to any other individual. These plans cannot be copied or reproduced by any means unless specifically authorized.
