  • The living and dining each feature a fireplace. The kitchen is open and spacious, and the square rear porch provides space for outdoor dining.
  • Upstairs is a comfortable master suite, and two secondary bedrooms.
  • The third floor would be about 600 sq. ft. This is the area that would have 6'+ ceilings. The roof has an 8:12 pitch, and existing attic stairs would provide access.

  • Architectural or Engineering Stamp - handled locally if required
  • Site Plan - handled locally when required
  • Mechanical Drawings (location of heating and air equipment and duct work) - your subcontractors handle this
  • Plumbing Drawings (drawings showing the actual plumbing pipe sizes and locations) - your subcontractors handle this
  • Energy calculations - handled locally when required
