This house plan makes a bold statement. The high roofline allows for fourteen-foot ceilings in the formal living and dining rooms, which also have tray ceilings. The living room is further enhanced by a warming hearth. A den to the right of the entry hall opens through double doors and has built-ins for convenience.
Casual gathering space is at the back of the plan: a family room with fireplace, a two-story nook and an island kitchen. The nook has double doors to the rear yard.
Classic configuration puts the bedrooms on the second floor. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a hall bath with double sinks, while the master suite has a pampering bath of its own. A spa tub and walk-in shower are joined by a walk-in closet and compartmented toilet in the bath. A three-car garage and large laundry area round out the house plan.
