This is a full set of copyrighted house plans for review purposes. They are stamped "not for construction", do not come with a license to build and due to copyright law, cannot be copied. To build from the plans, you can upgrade to 5 or 8 sets, the reproducible, PDF or CAD (if available) and we’ll credit your one-set purchase toward the upgrade.

Eight full sets of copyrighted plans printed on oversized 24”x36” paper with a license to build. Gives you extra copies over 5 sets at a below market printing cost.

PDF:
The "PDF File" plan package is your best value, and provides you with an electronic version of the plan's construction documents. It comes with a license to build and a copyright release giving you legal permission to make changes to the plan and make copies to build the house. It comes by email avoiding shipping costs and delays.

CAD Sets:
A full set of plans in CAD format with a license to build and copyright release giving you legal permission to make changes to the plan and make copies to build the house. Used by building and design professionals to make minor or major changes to the plan. Comes by email and can ship disks upon request. Most plans come in .dwg format.
