Plan Details
  • This a great little cabin perfect for a lake or mountain setting where the gazebo-type screened porch helps yuo take advantage of views all around. This porch can also be enclosed to add more space.
  • The main level features a vaulted family room that opens to the kitchen and dining area.
  • The master suite is located on the main level and includes a walk in closet and a full bath with walk in shower. A half bath, pantry, and laundry closet complete the main level.
  • The upper level includes two spacious bedrooms and a shared bath.
  • The house plan's small footprint and efficient layout make it affordable to build. The exterior features low maintenance materials such as stone and board and batten.
What's Included
  • Front, side and rear elevations at 1/4" scale.  All elevations include notes, dimensions and recommended materials.
  • Complete dimensioned and detailed floor plans
  • Foundation plan.  Typically, the plans show a basement foundation. Slab and crawlspace foundations are also available for most plans for an additional fee.
  • Roof plans at 1/4" scale showing all pitches, ridges, hips and valleys
What's Not Included
  • Architectural or Engineering Stamp - handled locally if required
  • Site Plan - handled locally when required
  • Mechanical Drawings (location of heating and air equipment and duct work) - your subcontractors handle this
  • Plumbing Drawings (drawings showing the actual plumbing pipe sizes and locations) - your subcontractors handle this
  • Energy calculations - handled locally when required
  • Electrical plans are customer specific and not included.  A custom electrical plan can be created for $350.
