  • You enter the home to a vaulted dining, kitchen and family room with a stone fireplace and views out the rear of the home.
  • A study and master suite are located on the main level of the home.
  • Easy access to spacious screened porches allows you to enjoy the views of your lot from many different angles and settings.
  • The upper level has two bedrooms and views into the vaulted great room below.
  • If you finish the lower level included with the plans you'll get a bedroom with bath, excercise and recreation rooms, and access to a covered patio (if your lot is sloping).

What's Included
The plan set includes:
  • Front, side and rear elevations at 1/4" scale.  All elevations include notes, dimensions and recommended materials.
  • Complete dimensioned and detailed floor plans
  • Foundation plan.  Typically, the plans show a basement foundation. Slab and crawlspace foundations are also available for most plans for an additional fee.
  • Roof plans at 1/4" scale showing all pitches, ridges, hips and valleys
  • Electrical plans are customer specific and not included.  A custom electrical plan can be created for $350. 
These items are NOT included:
  • Architectural or Engineering Stamp - handled locally if required
  • Site Plan - handled locally when required
  • Mechanical Drawings (location of heating and air equipment and duct work) - your subcontractors handle this
  • Plumbing Drawings (drawings showing the actual plumbing pipe sizes and locations) - your subcontractors handle this
  • Energy calculations - handled locally when required
