Adorned in Arts and Crafts style, this regal home plan was envisioned for use as a second home; one that can be rented out to vacationers in the off-season. However with little effort it can be adapted for use as a single-family home if the floor plan suits your needs.
The main level provides two master-type bedroom suites; each has a spa tub, one or more walk-in closets, a double vanity, and a roomy shower. The suites are sufficiently separated so guest privacy is assured.
