  • This 3 bed dog trot house plan has a layout unique to this style of home with a spacious screened porch separating the optional 2-bedroom section from the main part of the house.
  • The left side with two bedrooms gives you an additional 444 square foot of living space and a single bathroom.
  • The main portion of the home consists of a vaulted great room/kitchen area with a fireplace and windows on both sides.
  • The master bedroom has a pair of doors leading to the screened porch and its own full bath.
  • A ladder on the left wall in the hallways takes you to the sleeping loft where you can fit a host of visitors in bunk beds and day bed platforms. Nifty sliding barn doors give you views (or shuts them off) to the great room below.
  • If you would like the Alternate Floor Plan version - please include a note in your order if you would like the Alternate Floor Plan.

What's Included
The plan set includes:
  • Front, side and rear elevations at 1/4" scale.  All elevations include notes, dimensions and recommended materials.
  • Complete dimensioned and detailed floor plans
  • Foundation plan.  Typically, the plans show a basement foundation. Slab and crawlspace foundations are also available for most plans for an additional fee.
  • Roof plans at 1/4" scale showing all pitches, ridges, hips and valleys
  • Electrical plans are customer specific and not included.  A custom electrical plan can be created for $350. 
These items are NOT included:
  • Architectural or Engineering Stamp - handled locally if required
  • Site Plan - handled locally when required
  • Mechanical Drawings (location of heating and air equipment and duct work) - your subcontractors handle this
  • Plumbing Drawings (drawings showing the actual plumbing pipe sizes and locations) - your subcontractors handle this
  • Energy calculations - handled locally when required
