All plans are drawn at ¼” scale or larger and include :

•  Foundation Plan: Drawn to 1/4" scale, this page shows all necessary notations and dimensions including support columns, walls and excavated and unexcavated areas.
•  Exterior Elevations: A blueprint picture of all four sides showing exterior materials and measurements.
•  Floor Plan(s): Detailed plans, drawn to 1/4" scale for each level showing room dimensions, wall partitions, windows, etc. as well as the location of electrical outlets and switches.
•  Roof Plan: This plan describes the elements that make up the roof. The roof plan typically illustrates ridges, valleys, and hips. It also may indicate the roofing material and slopes of roof surfaces, as well as chimneys and decorative elements. For stick framed roofs, the plan shows the sizes of the hip, ridge and valley rafters and bearing locations
•  Wall Section: A typical wall section is included.
•  Construction Notes and Details​:  These details may include the foundation, interior walls, exterior walls, floors, stairways, and / or roof details.

Not all items qualify for discounts. Discounts are only applied to plans, not to QuikQuotes, plan options and optional foundations and some of our designers don't allow us to discount their plans.
