Plan Details
  • This one-story home plan gives off a great country feel with a large wrap-around 8'-deep covered porch giving you 810 square feet of space of fresh air space to enjoy.
  • Inside the home, the great room is warmed by a fireplace and lies under a soaring cathedral ceiling. The kitchen includes a large island (3' by 7') and a walk-in pantry. 
  • The master bedroom can also be found on the main floor and contains his/her vanities and a walk-in closet. 
  • Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a centrally located hall bathroom.
