Plan Details
  • This compact/budget friendly 3-bed modern farmhouse offers many features you find in larger homes while coming in under 1,800 square feet of heated space. Two dormers above the front porch add to the curb appeal and open to the attic, not the main floor. 
  • The great room, kitchen and dining are arranged in an open design to maximize the space and allow for large family gatherings and all have 10' ceilings. 
  • A large island (3'8" by 7') is a welcome feature in the kitchen, as is the walk-in pantry and the cooktop with built in oven. 
  • An oversized room is adjacent to the rear entry and comes equipped with lockers to help control clutter. 
  • The primary bedroom has a 10' ceiling and offers a large bath and closet and offers a huge custom shower. Across the home, two more bedrooms share the second bath.
