Stone piers with tapered columns, arched beams, and rustic shingles combine to enhance the Arts & Crafts flavor of this spacious Craftsman home. Varying roof-lines with multiple slopes are gracefully blended and accentuated by a half-circle window. The covered, 12' wide, encircling porch creates a perfect locale for relaxation and alfresco entertaining.
The interior is comprised of five main rooms. Everyday entrance is by way of the side porch, while guests can be formally welcomed via the doors on the front porch. The side entrance ushers visitors directly into the spacious kitchen, the home's heart.
The kitchen is enhanced by a vaulted ceiling, abundant cabinets, an island counter, and a dining room pass-thru. An adjoining over-sized utility room contains a coat closet and a pantry, and offers access to the three-car garage.
The dining and living rooms are combined into a colossal great-room. This room features a stone fire-place, a soaring vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, dual French doors opening to the porch, and a circular stairway ascending to the loft above the bedroom area.
The master suite boasts a vaulted ceiling, a spacious walk-in closet, and a private segmented bath.
Two additional bedrooms, one with a private entrance to the bathroom, flank a second segmented bath that also doubles as a guest bath.

All of our plans are designed to provide the information needed to build your home. Because of the wide range of requirements throughout states and municipalities, it is possible that the plans may not have all of the information required by your building department. If this is the case, we recommend hiring a local design professional or engineer who can assist bringing the plans up to your local building code.
Some states require that a licensed architect or engineer review and stamp the plans. If this is the case where you will be building, a local professional will be able to assist you.
