Plan Details
  • This modern farmhouse plan expands on our popular plan 51814HZ (which itself expands upon house plan 51758HZ) and gives you an extra bedroom, a game room and a 3-car garage.
  • Enter the foyer off the front porch and your view extends through the dining room to the French doors that take you to the large rear porch. To your right, a single door takes you to your private home office.
  • The large kitchen has views that extend across the dining room tot he great room. A large island with eating bar and a true walk-in pantry are two great features you'll enjoy.
  • The master suite has a vaulted ceiling and the convenience of having access to the laundry room through the walk-in closet. Across the home, you'll find three more bedrooms, two bathrooms plus a game room with access to the outside.
  • An optional upstairs bonus room over the garage gives you 525 sq. ft. and has a full bath and would be perfect for a guest suite or that family game room.
