The kitchen includes an island positioned towards the family room and centered on the fireplace.
A second staircase is located just off the mud room and provides needed access to the upper level.
The master bedroom is spacious and includes a tray ceiling and a wall of windows facing the back yard. The master bath has a soaking tub, a glass shower and a large walk-in closet. A laundry function is also included just off the bath area.
The upper level includes 3 large bedrooms, each with its own bath. In addition, enjoy the upstairs office and a second laundry room (plus a 604 sq. ft. bonus room if more space is needed).

All of our plans are designed to provide the information needed to build your home. Because of the wide range of requirements throughout states and municipalities, it is possible that the plans may not have all of the information required by your building department. If this is the case, we recommend hiring a local design professional or engineer who can assist bringing the plans up to your local building code.
Some states require that a licensed architect or engineer review and stamp the plans. If this is the case where you will be building, a local professional will be able to assist you.
