- This late Georgian adaptation is reminiscent of a Connecticut Revolutionary War period home. The projecting central pavilion, Ionic columns, Palladian window and pedimented gable are among the details that set the character of this historic house plan. Dentils, wooden quoins and bracketed cornices complete the picture of elegance.
- Inside, the foyer leads to the formal living room, the library and the U-shaped kitchen. The family room opens to the sunroom and shares a snack bar and a desk with the kitchen. A through-fireplace warms the living and dining rooms, while individual fireplaces are also found in the library and the master bedroom.
- The master bath features a whirlpool tub, twin lavatories, a vanity and a walk-in closet. The third floor offers a private guest suite and a large area for hobbies and other activities.
