This beautiful French country cottage plan features a lovely brick exterior, dramatic arched front entry, and a 2-car garage.
Just off the formal dining room in the front of the home, you'll find a quiet study with an eye-catching barn-door entry. An open-concept social room forms the heart of this home. French doors lead to a spacious covered back porch. A roomy breakfast nook offers a backyard view, and an oversized kitchen island offers seating for casual meals.
The thoughtfully designed main-floor master suite boasts abundant natural light, a 5-piece bath, and a generously sized walk-in closet.
On the upper level, a large enclosed media room lends versatility. Each of the three upstairs bedrooms includes a full bath.
The optional finished lower-level plan includes a walk-out billiards room, large entertaining area with a wet bar, and a private guest suite with a full bath.
