This stunning two-story residence features custom detailing seen only in grand estate homes. The home creates a glamorous Mediterranean feel with the rounded entry tower, baluster railings, columns and stucco finish.
Inside the double doors entry, one sees the openness of the layout. The high ceilings and arches define the formal spaces.
Past the dining and through the archway and wet bar are the informal family spaces. The nook, leisure and kitchen open to the rear yard views. They also focus around a focal entertainment center with sliding glass doors that pocket behind the television.
The octagonal kitchen has a great workspace area and center island.
An archway leads to a full-sized guest suite.
The left hand wing of the home is the owners' area. A secluded home study is perfect for an office or computer room. The suite has a double tray ceiling, his and her wardrobe closets and a glamorous bathroom complimented by a circular walk-in shower.
Take either the grand staircase or the elevator upstairs to the second master suite, bonus room and two additional guest suites. The bedrooms feature oversized closets, elegant baths, and outdoor balconies that pamper family and guests with fabulous open vistas.
