  • Whether building on the coast or in the mountains, you'll want to give careful thought to the orientation of this plan and point the solar side south to take full advantage of this design.
  • Windows grace the front of this home on both floors, and a pair of matching balconies off the upstairs bedrooms give you great vantage points to enjoy the outdoors.
  • Closets flank the foyer, just a couple of thoughtful touches that went into this design.
  • The great room is light-filled and airy with sliding doors taking you outside. A wood stove is a nice detail, as is the built-in wood storage.
  • The kitchen has lots of counter space and a central island plus a roomy pantry. Casual dining is made possible by seating at the service counter.
  • The mudroom is a nice transition point for family and is accessible from the side entry and the garage.
  • The master takes up half the upstairs and has an enormouso walk-in closet with a built-in central storage unit. Two more bedrooms are across the hall, and the entire upstairs can take advantage of the laundry chute, a final convenience in this thoughtful home plan.

What is Included in Our Plans?

We work with hundreds of designers and architects who work in a variety of styles.  It is important to note. Their plan packages may contain different details.

We strongly encourage you to contact us for the contents of any plan you may be interested in purchasing.

Below are examples of sheets that may be included in plan sets - please be aware that not every plan includes every one of these pages:

shows the placement of interior walls and the dimensions for rooms, doors, windows, stairways, etc. of each level of the house.

Exterior Elevations

Building Code

Because of the wide range of requirements throughout states and municipalities, it is possible that the plans may not have all of the information required by your building department. If this is the case, we recommend hiring a local design professional or engineer who can assist bringing the plans up to your local building code.

Engineering

Some states require that a licensed architect or engineer review and stamp the plans. If this is the case where you will be building, a local professional will be able to assist you.

Important Extras: Sold separately

Readable Reverse Plans

The layout is reversed and all the writing is corrected so you can read the writing. With this option, all of your sets will appear the way you want to build the home. This option is available for an additional charge.
