This spectacular home has a commanding street presence that uses an angled garage to give the home an elegant front fa'ade. A raised entry tower, sweeping front steps, and a covered porch give it the look of a Mediterranean villa.
The formal parlour and dining room are open spaces that feature high ceilings and glass doors for an airy feel.
An alcove leads to the home study that features plenty of built in book and cabinet space.
The master suite has a raised sitting area with a bayed window wall that creates a relaxing retreat for the owners. In the bath, a soaking tub, his and her vanity and water closet rooms, and a large glass shower that focuses to a private side garden create a tranquil space.
The leisure room and nook are kept open to form the perfect family gathering area.
Two full guest suites are located off the window seat alcove.
A friend's entry by the pantry and utility room is another thoughtful touch for this stunning luxury home plan.
The chimneys on the exterior of the house are decorative. If you'd like a fireplace added, contact us for a quote.
