  • The side porch is vaulted and screened and makes the perfect spot to enjoy the outdoors. It measures 15'8" giving you room for furniture.
  • The family room is vaulted and open to above with a fireplace to gather around.
  • The laundry room and master suite are on the first floor with the second bedroom and bath on the upper level.
  • The lower level comes with the plans and gives you up to two additional bedrooms.

The plan set includes:

  • Front, side and rear elevations at 1/4" scale.  All elevations include notes, dimensions and recommended materials.
  • Complete dimensioned and detailed floor plans
  • Foundation plan.  Typically, the plans show a basement foundation. Slab and crawlspace foundations are also available for most plans for an additional fee.
  • Roof plans at 1/4" scale showing all pitches, ridges, hips and valleys
  • Electrical plans are customer specific and not included.  A custom electrical plan can be created for $350. 
These items are NOT included:
  • Architectural or Engineering Stamp - handled locally if required
  • Site Plan - handled locally when required
  • Mechanical Drawings (location of heating and air equipment and duct work) - your subcontractors handle this
  • Plumbing Drawings (drawings showing the actual plumbing pipe sizes and locations) - your subcontractors handle this
  • Energy calculations - handled locally when required
