A nostalgic wrap-around porch welcomes family and friends to this home plan. A patio at the rear is partially covered as well.
It has three large gathering spaces: living room, dining room, and family room/kitchen. A railed staircase winds up the left side of the two-story foyer, just past the opening that leads into the living room. Pocket doors in this opening can be closed for privacy, when desired.
Windowed on two sides, the naturally bright living room also features a gas fireplace. The living room opens into the dining room, which is linked to the kitchen. Pocket doors in the hobby room/den allow this area to be open to the family room, or totally enclosed.
The kitchen is totally open to the family room, and can be reached directly via the foyer. This unusually large kitchen boasts two big work islands, one with a built-in cook top.
Upstairs, the master suite fills the left side, and three more bedrooms are on the right. Flames in the two-sided gas fireplace can be enjoyed from both the sleeping area and luxurious bathroom. Sun tubes provide additional daylight in the master bathroom, as well as both of the other upper bathrooms.
