  • This is the fourth and largest version in this best-selling farmhouse collection. This house plan has an 8'-deep front porch that partially wraps around the front of the home. In back, a second porch - 19' by 12' - gives you another spot to enjoy the views.
  • Flanking the foyer is a study on the left behind a pair of French doors which could be turned into a fifth bedroom and the dining room on the right. Both rooms have 9' ceilings.
  • The dining room, living room, nook and kitchen flow together, creating an appealing living space. A ventless gas fireplace in the living room serves as a nice focal point.
  • The main bedroom is privately located and has a five fixture bath and a roomy walk-in closet. 
  • Across the home, your laundry room and walk-in pantry are separated from the mudroom with built-in lockers and a powder room.
