  • The main floor is open, spacious and airy. The spaces have subtle divisions that definitely define each space and work together for open entertainment.  The 9’ ceilings accommodate the window and door transoms opening to the front porch providing maximum light for the interior.
  • The homeowner will delight in the kitchen with exposed beams. The island has a 42”-high raised eating bar and a downdraft cook top. Volume ceilings in the living room have exposed beams and clipped ceilings which create grandness for such a compact home.
