Plan Details

  • This rustic barndominium-style house plan has a covered porch that wraps around three sides of the 2-story vaulted-and-open living space giving you great fresh-air space to enjoy.
  • French doors to either side of the fireplace give you access to the 15'-deep side porch and ones by the dining room open from 7'6"-deep front porch.
  • The right side of the home is open concept and under a vaulted ceiling with views to three sides.
  • All the bedrooms occupy the left side of the home with laundry strategically positioned to all of them.
  • This Metal House Plan was designed with a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) in mind. A PEMB is the most commonly used structure when building a barndominium. A PEMB can be engineered, fabricated and shipped to any location in the world and generally can be installed in a much shorter time than a traditionally framed home. Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings get a project in the dry very quickly and allow for interior build-outs to be convenient, not having to support roof loads. 
  • This metal house plan is available with 2x6 exterior framing by selecting it from the Options menu.
