  • This 1,620 square foot 3 bed, 2 bath New American farmhouse plan has a beautiful exterior with a large 720 square foot side load garage. All doors are a minimum of 36”, which makes this home plan wheelchair accessible. 
  • Upon entering the home, an open and spacious great room flows seamlessly with the L-shaped kitchen with large island with seating, a walk-in corner pantry and lots of cabinets for extra storage. 
  • The master bedroom with 12' coffered ceiling is privately has a large walk-in closet and a four-fixture bath. Across the home, two bedrooms are separated by a shared bath.
  • The laundry room serves as a transition space from the garage to the home. There is a sink for easy cleanup, shelves, and a closet for additional storage. 
  • A 6-foot-deep covered porch on the front and an 8-foot-deep covered porch at the rear gives you two fresh air spaces to enjoy.

  • Building Sections, Details and Typical Specifications Sheets
  • Some plans can be ordered with a materials list for an extra change. Please check availability for this option.
  • Plumbing diagrams and HVAC plans are not available for these homes, since they are generally not needed for home construction and since each county's code will vary and a licensed plumber and/or electrician must follow the codes.
