Plan Details

  • This 5 bed, 3 bath barndominium style house plan gives you 3,033 square feet of heated living space and a 1500 square foot 2-car garage shop attached to the home by an enclosed breezeway.
  • The great room - visible from he entry with an office behind pocket doors on the right - has a two-story ceiling and is open to the kitchen. A pair of French doors takes you to the 10'-deep back porch.
  • The master suite occupies the entire right side of the home and has a walk-in closet and a 5-fixture bath. Across the home, the guest bedroom with walk-in closet uses the bathroom across the hall. Upstairs, three bedrooms share the third bath.
  • This house plan was designed with a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) in mind. A PEMB is the most commonly used structure when building a barndominium. A PEMB can be engineered, fabricated and shipped to any location in the world and generally can be installed in a much shorter time than a traditionally framed home. Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings get a project in the dry very quickly and allow for interior build-outs to be convenient, not having to support roof loads.
  • This metal house plan is available with 2x6 exterior framing by selecting it from the Options menu.
