Plan Details

  • This 4 bed, 3 bath barndominium-style house plan gives you 2,528 square feet of heated living space and has a 782 square foot garage with an open ceiling.
  • A 12'-deep porch spans the front of the home and has a shed roof supported by sturdy wooden timbmers.
  • Sliding doors give you indoor/outdoor living. The kitchen and great room are open to each other and sit under a 2-story ceiling. The kitchen has a double sink centered beneath a window, an island with casual seating and a walk-in pantry.
  • The master suite has barn doors that close off the bathroom with two vanities and a pocket door closes off the walk-in closet.
  • This Metal House Plan was designed with a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) in mind. A PEMB is the most commonly used structure when building a barndominium. A PEMB can be engineered, fabricated and shipped to any location in the world and generally can be installed in a much shorter time than a traditionally framed home. Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings get a project in the dry very quickly and allow for interior build-outs to be convenient, not having to support roof loads.
