This 4 bed, 3 bath house plan gives you 2,175 square feet of heated living space with a vaulted and beamed center portion and bedrooms to either side.
This plan is designed with conventional wood framing - with 2x6 exterior walls.
Outdoor spaces line the back with both bedrooms enjoying outdoor access to their own private porches (15' by 6') and the vaulted great room opening to a 18' by 10' covered rear porch.
In front, a double sink is centered beneath a window and an island has seating for four.
