  • Timbers, log siding, board and batten and shingles combine to give this 5,684 square foot mountain Craftsman house plan rustic curb appeal. A 2-car 837 square foot comes off the front of the house at an angle and accesses the home through a large mudroom.
  • From the foyer, you catch a glimpse of the great room and the windows beyond. The great room is open to the kitchen and has a fireplace and an elevator and access to the covered porch.
  • The master suite has a large bathroom set off pocket doors and additional pocket doors concealing the walk-in closet and the shower and toilet. A second bedroom is located across the home.
  • A home office has direct access to the back deck.
  • Upstairs, a pair of French doors off the rec room accesses an 8'-deep covered deck. A third bedroom is located upstairs.

  • Interior Elevations: The interior elevations show built-in features of a house plan, such as kitchen cabinets, fireplaces, built-in bookshelves and desks, vanities, moldings, and hand rails.
  • Basic Electric: This page shows the locations of outlets, switches, and fixtures. It may be on a separate page, or located on the floor plan page.
  • Simple Plumbing: This page shows the locations of the bathtubs, showers, toilets, and sinks. This may be found on the floor plan, or it might be on a separate page.
  • Details: This page includes the structural details for the construction of the house.
