Plan Details

  • This barndominium-style house plan gives you 1,562 square feet of heated living with 1 bed, 1.5 baths and a 2-car garage (838 sq. ft.). A covered entry with a a gable accent truss welcomes you home.
  • Enter the home through a pair of French doors and the great room with fireplace flows to the dining room and the kitchen beyond. The entire space is vaulted with exposed beams. Doors in the back wall take you to the screen porch which gives you 288 square feet of outdoor space to enjoy.
  • A home office is tucked away in the back corner of the home and has a closet and powder room access.
  • The master suite features its own bath and a spacious walk-in shower.
