  • Wrapping a traditional brick exterior with two country porches creates a modern exterior for this Southern home plan. Bold columns and a metal roof welcomes guests inside.
  • Both the foyer and great room have 18' two-story ceilings, and a 10'6" tray ceiling tops the master bedroom. A bay window expands this house plan's breakfast nook, while french doors lead to the 48'2" by 6'6" rear porch.
  • A formal living room off the foyer can double as a study or home office.
  • The generous laundry room provides space for more than just washing clothes. The first-floor master suite in this house plan is complete with linen shelves, two walk-in closets, and master bath with all of the amenities.
  • An additional bedroom on the first level becomes the perfect space for guests, while the second level boasts three additional bedrooms with 15' cathedral ceilings and a large bonus room.
