They made extensive modifications; mirroring 1st floor layout in basement, adding bath and laundry, shifting bedroom entries and closets, removing kitchen window, and altering roof line for porch and loft. The exterior changed to B&B vinyl siding, with reduced ceiling heights. Their favorite changes are the basement garage doors, opening living/kitchen area to outside. Ready when you are!
