Plan Details

Stepped and layered gables, a welcoming exterior, and a beautiful, covered wrap around style porch with log posts are the highlighting features for this 2-to-3 bed mountain cottage. With a single story and 1,395 sq. ft. of space, this plan is perfect for simple country living.
Bedrooms line the right side of the home, with the front bedroom serving as a flex room and can be repurposed as a den or home office.
The owner's suite has a rather large walk in closet and even bigger bathroom, with its own separate shower and bathtub.
The left side of the home is made up of the living, dining and kitchen area and all are under a vaulted ceiling.
Tucked away at the rear of the home is the utility room which houses the washer, dryer, forced air unit and water heater. Through that room is the rear exit to outside.

If there is a basement, a basement plan is included which shows all basement details. Foundation types vary; please call to confirm the foundation type of the plan you are interested in.
Roof Framing Plan Shows roof outlines, conventional framing/trusses, beams, roof framing details, etc. Specific details such as fireplaces, stairways, decks, etc. Details are drawn at 1/2" = 1' scale, and appear as needed throughout the prints.
Section Shows a cross-section of the home. Shows support members, exterior and interior materials, insulation, and foundation.
Electrical Plan A schematic layout of all lighting, switches and electrical outlets. These items are NOT included: Architectural or Engineering Stamp - handled locally if required Site Plan - handled locally when required Mechanical Drawings (location of heating and air equipment and duct work) - your subcontractors handle this Plumbing Drawings (drawings showing the actual plumbing pipe sizes and locations) - your subcontractors handle this Energy calculations - handled locally when required
