Our builder-client – Blackburn Builders, LLC – built Architectural Designs house plan 23926JD in reverse on their client's property in Indiana. They modified the house by extending the garage 2' forward, squaring off the foundation at the dining room to expand the pantry, and enlarging Bedroom 2 upstairs to take advantage of the added dining footprint. They also eliminated the fireplace chase, converted the bonus room to a single-door entry, and added a 36" × 36" furnace room.
