  • The home plan offers two bedrooms, two baths, a cozy kitchen and a vaulted 2-story great room.
  • The upstairs bedroom features an oversized dormer big enough for a full sized mattress window seat.
  • The optional basement features a recreation room, two additional bedrooms and another bath.
  • The simple design and small footprint of the make this house plan less expensive to build than larger homes and offers a great place to get away from it all without breaking the bank.
What's Included
  • Front, side and rear elevations at 1/4" scale.  All elevations include notes, dimensions and recommended materials.
  • Complete dimensioned and detailed floor plans
  • Foundation plan.  Typically, the plans show a basement foundation. Slab and crawlspace foundations are also available for most plans for an additional fee.
  • Roof plans at 1/4" scale showing all pitches, ridges, hips and valleys

  • Architectural or Engineering Stamp - handled locally if required
  • Site Plan - handled locally when required
  • Mechanical Drawings (location of heating and air equipment and duct work) - your subcontractors handle this
  • Plumbing Drawings (drawings showing the actual plumbing pipe sizes and locations) - your subcontractors handle this
  • Energy calculations - handled locally when required
  • Electrical plans are customer specific and not included.  A custom electrical plan can be created for $350.
