Our builder-clients, Dumbeck Custom Homes, wrapped up their build of Architectural Designs Exclusive Cottage House Plan 51797HZ on their client's property in Texas. Dumbeck Custom Homes modified the plan, eliminating the 2 bedrooms on the left of the Great Room to use this home as a casita alongside their client's main home on the property, house plan 51773HZ (we have that client album as well!)
