Plan Details

  • This modern modern style house plan gives you 2 beds, 2.5 baths and 2,872 square feet heated living space.
  • Select the finished lower level layout - available as an upgrade - and get an additional 2,265 square feet of heated living with a third bedroom and more.
  • The 2-car garage (688 square feet) is connected to a mudroom, complete with a catch all, as well as a bench and lockers for all things coats and shoes. While walking down to enter the hallway, you can find a large laundry room on the left, and the master bedroom straight ahead. The master has a spectacular view, as well as a spacious walk-in closet and large bathroom. The bathroom is finished with a double vanity, large soaking tub, and separate toilet and shower areas.
  • Walking outside of the master to the right is a beautiful breezeway that provides breathtaking views and enters into a large open space for an entryway, great room, kitchen, and dining room.
