Tapered columns set on stone veneer bases give a classic Craftsman look to this two-story, midsize plan house plan with a welcoming exterior and a family-friendly interior.
Entering, you step into a foyer with an arched opening on the left that leads into a room with many possibilities. Designed for use as a dining room or parlor, it could just as easily become a home office or family study area.
Day-to-day meals and activities center around the vaulted great room, which slopes up to the two-story ceiling and is wide open to the nook and kitchen. Two tall windows flank the gas fireplace, while wide sliding glass doors in the nook provide easy access to the partially covered patio.
Kitchen amenities include a large work island, roomy pantry, and built-in appliances. The desk that nestles into an alcove in the nook could be built with either shelves or cabinets above.
Laundry appliances are nearby in a utility room complete with cabinets, folding counter, and deep sink. A handy powder room is just across a hall that provides direct access to the two-car garage.
A spacious owners' suite fills the right wing of the home. Its bathroom boasts a dual vanity, oversized shower, and totally private toilet. Two more bedrooms, a bath, and a bonus room are upstairs.

Main Floor Plan: Shows placement and dimensions of walls, doors, & windows. Includes the location of appliances, plumbing fixtures, beams, ceiling heights, etc.
Second Floor Plan (if any): Shows the second floor in the same detail as the main floor. Includes second floor framing and details.
Foundation Plan: Shows the location of all concrete footings, floor beams, first floor framing, and foundation details. If there is a basement, a basement plan is included which shows all basement details. Foundation types vary; please call to confirm the foundation type of the plan you are interested in.
Roof Framing Plan: Shows roof outlines, conventional framing/trusses, beams, roof framing details, etc. Specific details such as fireplaces, stairways, decks, etc. Details are drawn at 1/2" = 1' scale, and appear as needed throughout the prints.
Building Section: Shows a cross-section of the home. Shows support members, exterior and interior materials, insulation, and foundation.
Electrical Plan: A schematic layout of all lighting, switches, and electrical outlets.
