  • This handsome barndominium-style house plan (NOTE: this plan is designed with stick framing, not steel) has a rustic exterior with an attractive gambrel roof, wood siding and a large 3-car garage giving it amazing curb appeal.  
  • Guests are greeted by a large front covered porch with a vaulted section centered on the front doors. Step inside and you'll find yourself in the entry way with is 2-story ceiling. As you walk further into the home, you'll notice the great room, dining room, and kitchen arranged in a lovely open layout.
  • The great room with fireplace flanked by built-ins lies under a 2-story ceiling. The dining room leads to the rear covered patio through a large sliding patio door. A screened patio can also be accessed from the dining room.
