  • A stately facade punctuated by six fireplaces and a motor court make a great impression on this luxury house plan. A grand foyer with 21' ceilings greets you as you enter from the grand 2-Story covered entry. Note the 2-sided fireplace separating the living and dining rooms both with intricate 21' ceilings. A bar and butler's pantry takes you to the chef's Kitchen.
  • The Kitchen is fully-loaded. A long island with sink, a walk-in pantry and a snack-bar counter are a few of the features you'll find. Organize the bills at the built-in desk. The Kitchen opens to the breakfast room with an angled fireplace adding a touch of class.
  • The family room has 13' ceilings and a fireplace with built-ins to the side. Windows let in light across the veranda and an angled door gives you access. You'll find a fireplace on the veranda, a great spot for an outdoor living room.

7.       Front & rear elevations with notes-detailed drawings of the left and right sides of the home along with any notes and exterior dimensions that may be required to complete construction. The elevations show the contractor's exterior materials, general architectural design intent, types of openings and other details. All of our elevations are drawn to ¼ scale.

8.       Left and right elevations with notes - detailed drawings of the left and right sides of the home along with any notes and exterior dimensions that may be required to complete construction. 9.       Roof plan - This sheet roof plan is an integral piece of a well-designed set of elevations. Roof cuts are shown to demonstrate how the architectural design is intended to make the elevation aesthetically pleasing to the eye.

11.   Standard detail sheets on construction. These sheets are used to cover a broad range of many everyday situations that may occur on a construction site. The detail sheets are current and accurate to the area and time of which the house was originally designed.

  • Mechanical Drawings (location of heating and air equipment and duct work) - your subcontractors handle this
