The great room has a vaulted ceiling and is open to the kitchen with counter seating and a roomy pantry. The fireplace is located on the front wall and windows let in light on the side.
Just inside the entry, a pair of French doors open to your home office. Further down the hall you'll find two bedrooms, each with their own bath.
The master bedroom is located in the back of the home and has a 4-fixture bath.
Expand upstairs and get 1,400 square feet of expansion space that can be put to many uses.

A PEMB can be engineered, fabricated and shipped to any location in the world and generally can be installed in a much shorter time than a traditionally framed home.
