Plan Details
  • This modern farmhouse style-house plan offers a 6'-deep covered porch in the front with a metal roof (an 8'-deep porch is in back) and a dormer that provides light to the entry. The exterior has an attractive board and batten siding, with wood beams surrounding the covered porch and patio.
  • Upon entering, you'll be welcomed with vaulted ceilings in the great room, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen has an island with casual seating and a barn door the opens to reveal the walk-in pantry. A double sink is centered on windows looking out the back and there are unobstructed views across the dining room to the great room.
  • The master bedroom is located in back and has a sliding barn door that opens to the bathroom with shower and a walk-in closet. Bed 2 has a walk-in and as easy access to its own bathroom.
