This pole barn gives you 14' ceilings inside which is accessible by a man door in front and on the side as well as three 10' by 12' overhead garage doors.
A covered patio on the side gives you lots of space protected from the sun and the rain.
This plan is designed for post-frame construction. The loads are carried by the post/poles, meaning the exterior walls are not load bearing. This form of construction is less expensive to build compared to a conventional framed design.
