Plan Details
  • This roomy farmhouse boasts 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, an office, and even an upstairs game room! 
  • This house invites you in with an 8'-deep wraparound porch and a foyer with a 19' ceiling. In back, a 14'-deep covered porch with an outdoor kitchen gives you another great outdoor space to enjoy.
  • Once inside the great room is open to a sizable kitchen with a separate beverage area, walk-in pantry and a large 4' by 10'8" island.

  • Other specific drawings that your local permit office may require
