Plan Details

  • The kitchen/dining area is open and airy - perfect for entertaining friends and family. A large pantry can be found close to the kitchen and laundry room.
  • A french door leads out onto a rear covered porch. A nice sized laundry room is located within steps of the kitchen and has easy access from the rear porch.
  • The master bedroom has a nice walk-in closet, private bath and access to the rear covered porch. The second bedroom is a comfortable size with a walk-in closet.

  • Plumbing diagrams and HVAC plans are not available for these homes, since they are generally not needed for home construction and since each county's code will vary and a licensed plumber and/or electrician must follow the codes.
