Our friends and client, Dumbeck Custom Homes, built Architectural Designs House Plan 51775HZ in reverse on their lot in Texas. They modified the plan by removing bedroom 2 adding the space to the rear porch, removing the divider wall between the kitchen/living room and made the entire entry, living, kitchen and dining 11 ft ceilings.
