• Readable Reverse

  This option is for people wishing to build a home in reverse.The plans are flipped and all writing and dimensions are made readable. Your order will be filled in reverse orientation only. The standard format will not be included in your plan order. 

• Convert 2x4

  All exterior walls are changed to 2x4 lumber.

• 8' Main Level Ceiling Conversion

  Adjust the main level ceiling height to 8' (ex. convert 10' to 8' or 9' to 8').

  Note: Adds 5 days to delivery delay.

  Adjust the main level ceiling height to 10' (ex. convert 9' to 10' or 8' to 10').
