Additional Options Information

• Readable Reverse

  This option is for people wishing to build a home in reverse.The plans are flipped and all writing and dimensions are made readable. Your order will be filled in reverse orientation only. The standard format will not be included in your plan order. 

• Convert to Metal Framing (PEMB)

  This option converts the plan to be built with metal framing and is designed as a Pre-Engineered Metal Building. A PEMB is the most commonly used structure when building a barndominium. A PEMB can be engineered, fabricated and shipped to any location in the world, and generally can be installed in a much shorter time than a traditionally framed home. Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings get a project in the dry very quickly and allow for interior build-outs to be convenient, not having to support roof loads.

• List of Materials

  A detailed breakdown of the materials needed to build the plan. Any Upgrade Options you select - such as alternate foundations and 2x6 exterior wall conversion - will be reflected on the list.
